Our cozy private loft, located just two miles west of Michigan Ave, is the perfect place. Chicago Wine and Cheese Class Engagement Party Package : $6000 starting rate*

Gather up to 50 of your favorite people for a 3-hour party with mixed open seating.  Group size may be upgraded up to 80 seated.  * Starting fee is an estimate for up to 50, based on event services planned by Creativo Loft with catering by Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread and Wine. Customizing may affect actual fees.

VENUE RENTAL at Creativo Loft

• private loft rental for a 3-hour party, plus set-up and clearing time
• mixed open seating with bistro tables and rectangle banquet tables
• music sound system with your custom programmed playlist, or ask about our suggested set playlists
• lounge furniture set with couch and two chairs
• built-in-wall bar counter
• rustic ironwood brown buffet table, ivory vintage wood display counter, vintage brown wood display trunk
• main entrance door greeter and on-site event coordinator

EVENT COORDINATION by venue director Sarah Toulouse

• on-site venue manager Sarah will set-up and coordinate your party
• event scheduling and vendor communication
• linens in your choice of colors (upgrade options available)
• white wood padded chairs (upgrade options available)
• votive candles on tables
• eco-friendly bamboo or dried palm leaf buffet plates, natural birch wood utensils
• engagement theme color coordinated cocktail napkins and dessert plates
• standard wine glasses and personalized plastic tumblers
• sweets table design with assorted pastries, decorative stands, and helium balloons
• assorted colorful bottles of artisan sparkling lemonade, juice sodas, and water
• optional upgrades: flowers, additional balloons, custom designed tiered cake, banner signs, special event lighting, upgraded custom decor, and any other services are available upon request with additional fees

CATERING by Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread and Wine

• Wine and Cheese Paring Class: we start your party with a paring class presented by the experts from Pastoral
• featured tasting wines include: Camille Saves Carte Blanche, Roger & Christophe Moreux Sancerre, Camille Braun Sylvaner, Pierre Depond L'Agnostique, and Dom de Cedres Red
• featured tasting cheeses include: Brillat Savarin, Tomme de Gran Mere, Ossau Iraty, Comte St. Antione, and Cantal Entre-Doux
• Artisan Buffet: following the class, enjoy a magnificent buffet of platters including Les Charcuteries assorted artisan meats and salami, Taste of France assorted French cheeses; Vegetables and Spreads country olives, cornichon pickles, piquillo peppers, long stem artichokes, marinated white beans, olive tapenade, tomato tapenade, pickled green beans, curried cauliflower, and chipotle carrots; plus dried apricots, fig preserves, baguette, crostini, French butter with sea salt, and whole-grain mustard
• "Cheese Cake" display with three cheese wheels: O'Banon, Brillat Savarin, and Delice de Bourgogne, plus Wabash Cannonballs
• Sweets Table: freshly baked assorted cookies, Spanish chocolate covered almonds, and dried Michigan cherries
• Wine and Beer Bar:  your choice of beer and wine from caterer's seasonal stock
• catering staff: paring class expert and assistant, 1 bartender, 2 buffet management and clearing staff
• We have coordinated the above services already to make booking easy, but you will be communicating directly with the catering company to review this portion of the package, and may further customize with a catering representative. Menu items may be subject to seasonal changes.

Chicago Engagement Party venue capacity : up to 80 seated / up to 100 standing cocktail party. Please contact us for an estimate for your custom party package or venue rental only options. Minimum venue fees include tables, chairs, and linens. Total actual fees are based on your group size, custom preferences, amount of event time desired, and any additional services included.
